Faer Isles Distillery is located in the Faroe Islands—set in the North Atlantic between Iceland and Norway, where constant wind, salt air, and humidity define the environment as much as the distillery itself.

Established in 2020, Faer Isles takes a place-driven approach to maturation. Casks are exposed to the elements—absorbing the effects of a coastal climate that influences how the whisky develops over time.

This session is an introduction to that process—and one of the first opportunities to experience it in the U.S.
