What do bartenders do with whisky? Everything of course, but notably, they make cocktails. Today we will get a chance to see some of SF's best bartenders at work. First talking with brand managers and bartenders about perspectives, and what makes a brand or bottle attractive to a bartender. Then, we'll see a show of creativity as special guest bartenders compete to make the best cocktails, judged by our attendees.
